"Bad Luck"
All customer information got compromised. Someone broke into my account and used proxies under my name.

I didn’t get any notification, and my key wasn’t reset.

Edit: After this mess, they quickly alerted all users and updated their API keys. Better late than never.

"Terrible Experience, Honestly"
Support was nice, but the service is just awful. I can't recommend this place since they took away the sock proxies I paid for without giving me a refund. The proxies are only HTTPS and got banned from all services super easily. It's a total waste of cash, so steer clear!

they changed to a different server for residential proxies, and there was some mix-up with restoring bandwidth to the previous packages. the support crew fixed it up in just a few hours after I opened a ticket late at night. much appreciated!

"Awesome Support / Product Functions as Anticipated"
Being a bit clueless about proxies, I recently grabbed a residential proxy package from Proxyscrape. Not having a clue on how to use it, I reached out to their customer support, and they got back to me super quick. Then I figured out I had actually bought the wrong item. So, I went ahead and got the correct one. After I explained my mix-up to Proxyscrape, they refunded me the whole amount (even though it was totally my fault). The service did what it was supposed to do, and the support team was quick and really helpful. Big thanks!

"Appreciate the awesome service!"
The API was offline due to some design updates that look fantastic now. They’ve sorted it out, and everything’s back to normal with the API functioning well. The proxy service is way better than residential options or other sites that charge a fortune. Proxyscrape offers affordable proxies, and for me, they’re the top choice when using Capmonster.
